Set up one file with front, top, and back, using template - OR - send separate files for each print area.
Build your design on top of the template, using vector graphics or high resolution pixel artwork. Make sure your template is locked, and on a separate layer.
All text should be vectors (when possible) and vector text must be outlined.* (in Illustrator: Text>Create Outlines)
Pixel artwork should be PNG with transparent background
Create a bleed, if you want graphics that extend to the edge. Do not include ANY background color, not even white. We can remove it from simple graphics, if you can't send with a transparent background
