Review & Request Edits: Please review proof & email us with any requested changes. Your order includes two edit proofs. Please note, the main design elements should not change, between proofs. Whenever possible, please request all edits at once.
Approval Required: As soon as you’re happy with the layout, simply email us to confirm. We require written approval, prior to print.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any mistakes after receiving your approval, so please review carefully!
Overall lead time: Allow at least 14 days for factory-printed matches, up to 1,000 pieces

Please make sure you're using the correct template for the product you're ordering.
- Set up one file, containing the artwork for the outside of the matchboxes, front, side and back.
- Make sure your template is locked, and on a separate layer.
- Build your design on top of the template, using vector graphics or high resolution pixel artwork.
- All text should be vectors (when possible) and vector text must be outlined.* (in Illustrator: Text>Create Outlines)
- Create a bleed, if you want a background color, or graphics that extend to the edge.
* If you're not familiar with any of these terms, please ask a friend for help, or research tutorials on YouTube.
Finally, please submit your artwork at check-out, or via the "File Upload" tab.
This product is geared towards folks with graphic design experience. ChatGPT and other AI models are not always capable of generating artwork that can be used for print. Aspect ratio may be incorrect, file quality may not be suitable, etc.
If we are not able to use the artwork you have provided, you'll be able to send alternate files, one time. Additional submissions may incur additional fees. We include 2 - 3 proofs per order, free of charge. Additional proofs are billed at $10.00 each.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a full refund, once we have downloaded your artwork. If you would like to know whether your artwork is suitable for this product, please send it via the "File Upload" tab, prior to purchase. Thank you for understanding!
