Please purchase the option that corresponds to the “high estimate” you received. So for example, if you were quoted 2-3 hours needed, please select the “3-Hour GD Service” option. If we spend less time,* you’ll be partially refunded!

*We charge for exact time used, in 10-minute increments. So for example, if you were to purchase the “2-Hour GD Service” option, but your job’s “required time*” was only 1 hour & 50 minutes, you’d receive a refund in the amount of $6.50.

**Please note that “required time” includes production of additional proofs, and additional correspondence if needed, after your proof has been reviewed.
