Shipping Policies
Is shipping included?
As a matter of fact, yes! Free shipping is included in all of our prices, so you can ditch the calculator !
What are your shiping methods & providers?
We usually ship via UPS Ground Saver* & USPS Ground Advantage.
*UPS Ground Saver does NOT allow for package rerouting, redirects, holds, or rescheduling.
Please let us know if you’ll need added control over your delivery, like the option to redirect your package, reschedule delivery, etc. Once your order leaves our facility, we won’t be able to add shipping upgrades, and may not be able to redirect delivery, if you have provided an incorrect address.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please message us as soon as possible. We can change the address, up until your order leaves our facility.
If we have already shipped your order to the wrong address, and you’ll need it quickly, we’ll need to create a new order for you. You’ll need to pay full price again, but after we receive the original order back, we can issue a credit for up to 30% off.
Can I order expedited shipping?
Returns, Etc.
What's your return policy?
The sale of all personalized and custom items is final. We do not offer returns or credits, unless there was a mistake made on our end.
You are fully responsible for checking the proof that we send, prior to producing your order. If there is a mistake on your proof, but you grant approval, we cannot be held responsible.
What if there is a mistake on my printed item?
If, after receiving your order, you notice that there is a mistake, but it exists on the proof that you approved, we cannot be held responsible. However, if there is a mistake on your physical item that is not present on the proof, we will replace your order, imediatley.
What the printed colors are different than I expected?
We do not color match, or make any guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will closely correspond to the final print colors. Unfortunately, there’s just no way to do this. All screens are calibrated differently, and colors look different in print than they do on a screen.
