Custom Printed Order Deliveries:

We guarantee your order will ship within the specified “production time frame.” For custom printed orders, production time begins as soon as you send written approval (via email or message) of your print proof.

We also guarantee that your print proof will be generated and sent within the timeframe stated on the product listing.

Delays in approving your proof will result in corresponding delays in production and shipment. We cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines due to delayed customer responses.

All proof and production timelines refer to business days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (excluding some Wednesdays and major holidays).

Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier. While we guarantee shipment within our stated production window, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or transit times. We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, weather interruptions, or other shipping-related issues beyond our control. Rush production services apply to production time only and do not guarantee carrier delivery speed or transit times.

Orders will be shipped using a shipping service appropriate for your desired delivery date. If you prefer to use your own FedEx shipping label, you are welcome to provide one. In such cases, please email us for a case-specific shipping refund quote prior to shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier service interruptions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other force majeure events.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order to discuss production timing and shipping options. 

Custom-Printed Items – Returns & Exchanges:

Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed products.

Please review your print proof carefully before approving. We are not responsible for errors (including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, or design details) that were present on the approved proof. However, if an issue is discovered, we encourage you to reach out — in many cases, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint.

Color Disclaimer:
We do not guarantee exact color matching. Due to variations in screens, printers, materials, and lighting, colors may appear differently in person than they do on your monitor. We aim to print within the general range of your requested color(s), but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

PMS color matching is available on select factory-produced products for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering if precise color matching is required.

That said, we absolutely stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a major product defect or a printing error that differs from your approved proof, please notify us promptly. If the error is ours, we will reprint and ship your corrected order at no additional charge. We do not guarantee any matching of colors – no warranty against color variations is offered.

Our products are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials, and we will replace your item if we are in error, by re-printing and re-shipping your order, at no additional cost to you.

Stock Items (not custom printed) Returns / Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange / replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped in the original packaging.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your review in connection with our products and marketing.
