Each matchbox measures 35 mm x 56 mm (2.2" long x 1.37" wide)
Each box contains approximately 15-20 wooden matches with white tips
We professionally print the design on satin-finish vinyl . Our Satin-Wraps® are precision-cut and meticulously applied to the matchboxes, ensuring a seamless, high-quality finish. Outer box is available in white or black - inside slide boxes are all white

Colors: Please specify any desired color palette. We do not color match, but we'll do our best to get close!
A dark color background will look best on a black box, and light on white box
Design & Personalization: Please refer to the design and specify desired text - exactly as you'd like it - for each area that shows text in the photos
Overall lead time: Allow about 7-12 days for standard production.
Delivery: Specify the date you'll need your matches in-hand, on the calendar.
Specify desired production speed - this needs to coincide with your desired delivery date.
Please be realistic - If we're not able to accommodate your delivery date request, your order can be refunded, less a 3.5% transaction fee (non-refundable) If you have any questions, please send a chat, prior to purchase!
Expect artwork proof: Allow 1-2 business days, for your proof to arrive. Please respond within 24 hours - production time cannot start until approval email is received.Production time: About 3-5 days.
Shipping time: Depends on your shipping address. Orders ship M-F from Brooklyn, NY via UPS or USPS Ground (free shipping included). For example, shipping to New England, estimate about 2-3 business days. California, estimate about 4-7.
1st Proof: You’ll receive a proof in about 1–2 days (check your spam folder, if you don't see it!)
Review & Request Edits: Please review proof & email us with any requested changes. Your order includes two edit proofs. Please note, the main design elements should not change, between proofs. Whenever possible, please request all edits at once.
Approval Required: As soon as you’re happy with the design, email confirmation. We require approval, prior to print.

Once your order is placed, we’ll send a proof. Be sure to check your spam folder, if it doesn’t arrive quickly.
Your order includes two to three edit proofs. So, please review carefully & request all edits in one go, whenever possible. Once you’re happy with the design, simply email approval. Then we’ll move forward with production. If you’d like changes, just reply with your feedback.

We use no plastic in our packaging – only recycled paperboard. The factory may use plastic tape on your box, but our Brooklyn studio uses only compostable bags, and paper masking tape. Down with single-use plastic, we say!
