First, list your favorite things, then choose 5-7 of of them for the icons! Next, we will create a proof based on your selection. As soon as you receive the proof, you’ll review it carefully. Finally, you can request some changes to colors, layout, and minor details.

Each matchbox is adorned with delightful, hand-drawn illustrations. We’ll work with you to capture your favorite foods, drinks, pets, or anything you fancy. Our illustrations are professional and truly one-of-a-kind. Furthermore, they are designed to perfectly celebrate your unique love.

Once your order is placed, we’ll send a proof. Be sure to check your spam folder, if it doesn’t arrive quickly.

• Normal Delivery: You can expect 1st proof in 2-4 business days. Production time is 3-7 days from artwork approval.
• Rush Delivery: You can expect 1st proof in 1-2 business days. Production time is 2-4 days from artwork approval.

Your order includes two to three edit proofs. So, please review carefully & request all edits in one go, whenever possible. Once you’re happy with the design, simply email approval. Then we’ll move forward with production. If you’d like changes, just reply with your feedback.

Ground shipping is included, but you can upgrade your shipping at checkout. All rush orders come with upgraded shipping, by default.
