1st Proof: You’ll receive a proof in about 1–2 days (check your spam folder, if you don't see it!)
Review & Request Edits: Please review proof & email us with any requested changes. Your order includes two layout proofs. Please note, the main design elements should not change, between proofs. Whenever possible, please request all edits at once.
Approval Required: As soon as you’re happy with the layout, simply email us to confirm. We require written approval, prior to print.

Overall lead time: Allow about 7-12 days for standard production.
Delivery: Specify the date you'll need your matches in-hand, on the calendar.
Specify desired production speed - this needs to coincide with your desired delivery date.

Expect artwork proof: Allow 1-2 business days, for your proof to arrive. Please respond within 24 hours - production time cannot start until approval email is received.Production time: About 3-5 days.
Shipping time: Depends on your shipping address. Orders ship M-F from Brooklyn, NY via UPS or USPS Ground (free shipping included). For example, shipping to New England, estimate about 2-3 business days. California, estimate about 4-7.
