    Basics: Please select your desired quantity & matchbook size ~ 1.5" wide (20-Strike) or 2" wide (30-Strike)

    Design: Please review artwork submission instructions   specifically for factory-printed matches. Make sure you use the template for the matchbook size you are ordering.

    ✦ Proofs & Edits ✦

    1st Proof: You’ll receive a proof in about 1–2 days (check your spam folder, if you don't see it!)

    Review & Request Edits: Please review proof & email us with any requested changes. Your order includes two edit proofs. Please note, the main design elements should not change, between proofs. Whenever possible, please request all edits at once.

    Approval Required: As soon as you’re happy with the layout, simply email us to confirm. We require written approval, prior to print.

    Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any mistakes after receiving approval, so please review carefully!

    ✦ Production Time & Shipping ✦

    Overall lead time: Allow 14-20 days for factory-printed matches.

    Expect artwork proof: Allow 1-2 business days, for your proof to arrive.

    Production time: About 7–10 days.

    Shipping time: Depends on your shipping address. Orders ship M-F from NH, via UPS Ground (free shipping included).

    For example, shipping to New England, estimate about 2-3 business days. California, estimate about 4-7.

    We're sorry ~ rush options are NOT available for factory-printed matchbooks.

    For more detailed instructions, please visit our artwork submission page

    1. Make sure you're using the correct template for the product you're ordering.
    2. Set up one file, containing the artwork for the outside and inside of the matchbooks.
    3. Make sure your template is locked, and on a separate layer.
    4. Build your design on top of the template, using vector graphics or high resolution pixel artwork.
    5. All text should be vectors (when possible) and vector text must be outlined.* (in Illustrator: Text>Create Outlines)
    6. Create a bleed, if you want a background color, or graphics that extend to the edge.
     

    Last step: Submit your artwork through our secure form, located on our instructions page.

     

    * If you're not familiar with any of these terms, please ask a friend for help, or research tutorials on YouTube.
