  2. Please submit a “request for design quote form” within 48 hours of placing your order      ( note: if you have already filled and submitted the quote request form, no need to do it again!)

  3. If for any reason, we’re unable to keep within your timeframe or budget, we will issue a full refund, immediately.

✦ Terms of Sale  ✦

– Please fill as much info in the “request for design quote form” as you can. Leave blank whatever you’re not sure about. You can also leave all the details up to us, but do provide some basic ideas, please!

– Please allow about 5-10 days for finished design, or as specified in quote.

– Design packages include up to three proofs if design is complete with 3 proofs, you will receive a $10 voucher towards your matchbook or matchbox purchase! (can also be issued as a refund, if you have already purchased matches)

– Edits between proofs: you may request a change to the colors, fonts, and details. You can let us know what you like / don’t like / want moved around / etc. We’ll do our best to oblige!

– Additional edits: No problem! Additional edits are available – a la carte graphic design work is billed at $49 per hour (on sale for a limited time!)  in 10-min increments.
